겨자씨와 하나님의 나라

The Mustard seed and the kingdom of God

마가복음 Mark 4:30-34

30  또 이르시되 우리가 하나님의 나라를 어떻게 비교하며 또 무슨 비유로 나타낼까

30 And he said, “With what can we compare the kingdom of God, or what parable shall we use for it?

31 겨자씨 한 알과 같으니 땅에 심길 때에는 땅 위의 모든 씨보다 작은 것이로되

31 It is like a grain of mustard seed, which, when sown on the ground, is the smallest of all the seeds on earth,

32 심긴 후에는 자라서 모든 풀보다 커지며 큰 가지를 내나니 공중의 새들이 그 그늘에 깃들일 만큼 되느니라 32 yet when it is sown it grows up and becomes larger than all the garden plants and puts out large branches, so that the birds of the air can make nests in its shade.”

33 예수께서 이러한 많은 비유로 그들이 알아 들을 수 있는 대로 말씀을 가르치시되

33 With many such parables he spoke the word to them, as they were able to hear it.

34 비유가 아니면 말씀하지 아니하시고 다만 혼자 계실 때에 그 제자들에게 모든 것을 해석하시더라 34 He did not speak to them without a parable, but privately to his own disciples he explained everything.
